Governance is via deliberative dialog when possible. 

- LLC formed to receive resources from a protective asset trust which is activated by a series of required community deliberative dialogs.

- The ultimate goal is to be a community/open public foundation/trust.

-We do not call, send mail, email, pass out flyers, send bills or notices or advertise for any money/donation request.

-We are compliant with all US accommodation and anti-discrimination laws. 

-We receive NO government funding

-We are debt free and books open without warrant or letter by any official  with a valid ID and reference within 48 hours during standard business hours.

-We give to give and ask nothing in return, but that you keep your word with what we may agree upon.
